|
The consultant will be working on 3 different projects:
1. An infrastructure project - they will be updating the ColdFusion server and carrying out minimal maintenance. For this project, they will be interfacing with the IT team, who will be doing the server migration.
2. There is an existing connection between ColdFusion and Oracle and they need someone who can develop connections to expose ColdFusion to other applications.
3. Using PHP skills to work on developments using Word Press. Word Press is a blog publishing system written in PHP. They have proof of concepts and have built working models, but they need to complete the implementation and extend it to other areas.
Responsibilities:
• Work hands-on in the development and maintenance of web applications
• Prototype, develop, and maintain new features and enhancements
• Perform thorough debugging and testing of the site
• Owning all front-end development work for social platforms (Word Press)
Requirements:
• Advanced experience with HTML, XML, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS and pure CSS layouts.
• Must have proven ColdFusion server admin experience
• 3+ years of experience with ColdFusion, PHP, SQL.
• A thorough understanding of Oracle and mySQL.
• Familiar with Apache.
